We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera or phone, and a reusable water bottle. New Zealand weather can change quickly, so bringing an extra layer is always a good idea.

Tours normally operate in most weather conditions. If severe weather or circumstances outside our control make it unsafe or impractical to operate the tour, we will contact you regarding the available options.

We aim to follow the advertised itinerary, but occasionally changes may be necessary because of weather, road conditions, attraction closures, traffic or other circumstances beyond our control. Our priority will always be your safety and providing you with the best possible experience.

Meal inclusions vary by tour. Where meals are not included, your guide can recommend suitable cafés, restaurants or food stops along the way. Please let us know in advance if you have dietary requirements.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during weekends, school holidays and New Zealand's peak summer season. Private tours have limited availability because each vehicle is reserved specifically for your group.

If an attraction is unavailable or cancels due to circumstances outside our control, we will discuss the available alternatives with you. Where applicable, refunds or credits for the affected attraction will be handled according to the attraction provider's terms and conditions

Small bags and day packs are generally fine. If you are travelling with large suitcases or several pieces of luggage, please let us know before booking so we can make sure there is sufficient space in the vehicle.

Many of our tours can accommodate elderly guests. As walking distances and accessibility vary between attractions, please contact us before booking if anyone in your group has mobility requirements.
